為保持產品新鮮度，我們採用全程冷凍宅配。些微融化為正常現象，儘速放置冷藏或冷凍庫即可。倘若商品融化非常嚴重，麻煩拍照後傳給我們，或是撥打我們客服電話，並將商品冷凍保存5小時以上再食用！

In order to keep our product fresh, we use the cold storage delivery. It's normal if the product is slightly melted, just put it in the fridge or freezer right away. If the product you receive is damaged or seriously melted, please take a picture of the box and send it to us, or call our customer service. At the same time, please put the products in the freezer for at least 5 hours before you eat them.
